Our properties are self check-in. You will be given the check in instruction and the code prior to arrivals.

All our properties are very close to Beach. It’s only 5 mins walks from the property.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our properties.

Smoking in our properties is not allowed.

No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Yes, we pre-authorise and hold £150 deposit on the credit or debit card used to pay the balance of your reservation. This is held on the day of check in and is released upon our cleaning team confirming no incidental damage has occured. When we release the security deposit It may take up to 7 days to be accessible in your account.

I’m afraid no parties are allowed. Our properties are located in a residential area, we should respect neighbors.

Due to the current uncertain situation, we allow free cancellation up to 1 day prior to check-in. However, it would be grateful to write to us as early as possible if you’d like to cancel. 100% of the reservation is retained only if no one shows up by midnight on the day of check-in.
