Is there a key safe or will we meet you to check in?
Our properties are self check-in. You will be given the check in instruction and the code prior to arrivals.
How far are you from the beach?
All our properties are very close to Beach. It’s only 5 mins walks from the property.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our properties.
Do you allow smoking in any of your properties?
Smoking in our properties is not allowed.
Are any of your properties shared spaces?
No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Do you take a security deposit? if so how does this work?
Yes, we pre-authorise and hold £150 deposit on the credit or debit card used to pay the balance of your reservation. This is held on the day of check in and is released upon our cleaning team confirming no incidental damage has occured. When we release the security deposit It may take up to 7 days to be accessible in your account.
Can I have additional guests over for a gathering, party or any sort of special occasion?
I’m afraid no parties are allowed. Our properties are located in a residential area, we should respect neighbors.
What are your cancellation policies?
Due to the current uncertain situation, we allow free cancellation up to 1 day prior to check-in. However, it would be grateful to write to us as early as possible if you’d like to cancel.
100% of the reservation is retained only if no one shows up by midnight on the day of check-in.
